Shanghai Shunfu Die-Casting Co., Ltd. Located in No. 7955, Jinda Road, Feng Xian District of Shanghai. Our comprehensive products and services spend from R&D and manufacturing of aluminum die casting, zinc alloy die casting, mold design and manufacturing, covering the industries such as auto parts, machinery parts, electrical appliances, lighting, LED lighting, electronic appliances, communication products, hardware accessories and many other categories.
In 2009, Wuhu Shunfu Die-casting Co., Ltd which is a subsidiary of Shanghai Shunfu was founded in Wuhu, Anhui Nanling Economic Development Zone. It covers an area of 55000 square meters and has the capacity of 10000 tons of aluminum die casting, 500 tons of zinc alloy die casting annually.
We now have 88-ton, 180-ton, 280-ton, 420-ton, 650-ton, 800-ton, 1250-ton, 1650-ton, etc, nearly 20 sets of world-class hot or cold die-casting equiments and auxiliary equipments. These advanced equiments and our technical personnel can fully meet the customers′ requirements. Meanwhile, we have pass ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification and ISO/TS 16949: 2002 internatonal automotive quality system certification to ensure the safety, stability and precision of products.
More than 60% of our products have been exported to the United States, Germany, France, Canda, Japan South Korea, Taiwan and other countries and regions.
We manufacture according to per client′s drawings and samples and strictly control every step of production process including product planning, designing, engineering, die-casting and detection.
